Below are our five consulting services:
Visioneering
In this service we meet with you during a two day retreat to write down God’s vision for your ministry, make the vision plain, and then prepare the vision for widespread communication.
Checkup
The purpose of the Ministry Checkup is to gauge the health of the most important aspects of your ministry. We take surveys, analyze the data, and then give you a prescription. But we don’t stop there, the next service (Strategy) helps you put that prescription into action.
Strategy
We enter the think tank with you and your team, and, together, we prioritize the vision, put together a plan of attack, and then put each step and task on the calendar. ‘Strategy’ will leave you with clear direction on how to implement your vision.
Ignite
‘Ignite’ takes care of two things: facilities and people who are passionate about the vision. This service is only needed if your vision and strategy require facility changes. We help to design a facility that is based on your vision, and not the other way around. We then help to get your entire congregation passionate about the vision and facility.
Funding
Those coins are actually ‘mites’, like the widows mite. They signify that the place to start is the heart of your people, not their finances. If your congregation is not submitted to the Lord, they will not support His work. If they are submitted to the Lord, they will give gladly. Our ‘Lordship Campaign’ focuses on the hearts of your people, and when that happens, the rest will naturally come. As you can tell, we raise funds a little differently at Vision Planning.
